Refund Policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The User may return the ordered product(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

The product(s) have not been used;
The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.
The customer must request the return of the order via email geral@oak.com.pt indicating the item(s) they want to return, as well as the order number.

The cost of return is borne by the customer. Please note that, if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Oak will not reimburse shipping costs. Therefore, Oak will not reimburse the costs related to postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

Once the returned product has been received, Oak will analyze and confirm its condition and, where applicable, will refund the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days at no expense to the user.

In cases of exchanges, your refund may be made through a voucher for the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible subsequent returns of items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable.

If you wish to return one or more items, you can request a refund using the same payment method.

If returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Oak reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.

Please note, these conditions are valid for returns and exchanges in Portugal. Please contact us via email geral@oak.com.pt to obtain information about returns and exchanges outside of Portugal.

We do not make refunds or assume the cost of shipping in the event of an exchange to non-EU countries.
