Shipping policy

DELIVERY


Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
In the case of transfer, we ask that proof be sent to email geral@oak.com.pt so that your order can begin to be prepared and speed up shipping processing.

Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer and in accordance with the delivery times of the transport company.

We deliver within the European Union.

The delivery service is provided by CTT.

Delivery times are given as an indication.

OAK is obliged to inform the Customer of any expected delay in delivery as soon as it becomes aware of the fact that led to such delay.
For this reason, any possible delays that may occur in deliveries are the responsibility of the carrier, and therefore cannot under any circumstances justify the cancellation of the order by the Customer, and will not serve as a basis for any claim for compensation.
However, if a situation like this occurs, we will help in any way we can.

To ensure quick and easy delivery for both parties, we ask that you take care to provide complete information at the time of ordering.
If necessary, add more information in the "notes" field.

We will package the order in an attempt to avoid damage during transport. However, the customer must check the order upon receipt. If the order is damaged, you must immediately return it to the shipping company, indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately inform OAK via email geral@oak.com.pt, or by telephone + 351 910 516 864 (Cost of a call to the national mobile network).


SHIPPING


Shipping is done via the carrier CTT.

On the day of shipping, you will receive a shipping notification so that you are aware of the arrival of your order (by email or written message).

Generally, CTT guarantees delivery of the order within 2 to 3 business days after the date of notification.

If no one is at the address provided, you will receive notification to collect it from the post office closest to you.

If you do not receive your order within 3 days of shipping notification, you should contact OAK so that we can help you find your order.
You can do so by the same means described above.



Shipping Costs


The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order, in the case of deliveries to Mainland Portugal, Spain, Madeira, Azores and Europe.
